Sirin Farm is a certified organic, working farm that specializes in raising free-range eggs, free-range chickens, and our own hybrid black pigs. We also cultivate a wide variety of herbs and vegetables including mint, string beans, tarragon, holy basil, galangal, Chinese kale, and other seasonal produce. As a leader in sustainable farming practices, we prioritize recycling and composting all of our waste into organic fertilizers, which we use to nourish our crops.
Our on-site facilities for butchering, processing, and packaging set us apart as one of the few places in Thailand that grows, harvests, and processes its own products from start to finish. So we’re proud to be able to give all our guests an unforgettable and authentic “farm to table” experience.
